29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not kept free and unobstructed: a)T & J Industries, Inc dba Metal Craft Industries at 1014 South Hillside Drive, Sioux Falls, SD 57110: On or about and at times prior to December 6, 2023, the employer did not ensure that exit routes and means of emergency egress were kept free and unobstructed in that a dumpster blocked the south emergency exit door in the machine area of the facility. This condition exposed employees to emergency egress hazards. b)T & J Industries, Inc dba Metal Craft Industries at 1014 South Hillside Drive, Sioux Falls, SD 57110: On or about and at times prior to December 6, 2023, the employer did not ensure that exit routes and means of emergency egress were kept free and unobstructed in that materials blocked the northwest emergency exit door in the warehouse area of the facility. This condition exposed employees to emergency egress hazards.
