29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee did not receive training in the recognition or applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: a) Plant 1, Station 13 APV - The employer did not ensure employees who cleared jams from the chill rollers on Station 13 APV received training at the authorized level that included the types and magnitude of energy sources in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control, on or about November 16, 2023. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
