29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present at the workplace. a) 425 Delaware Dr Suite C, Fort Washington, PA 19034, in Fabrication Suite - On or about November 30, 2023, employees used hazardous chemicals including but not limited to Surface Bonder Ultra, a respiratory irritant, for use as an adhesive for stone products to seal holes and the employer did not develop a list of hazardous chemicals known to be present. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
