29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) Jobsite: 4524 Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19144 - On or about November 28, 2023, the employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine each employee's ability to use a respirator before requiring the use. The employer required employees to wear respirators, such as but not limited to 3M Cool Flow Valve Particulate Respirator 8511, while performing brick pointing activities on the facade of a building.
