29 CFR 1926.1408(g)(1)(i)(F): The employer did not adequately train employees to maintain a safe clearance distance from power lines. Jobsite near Structure 266L: On or about November 20, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the crane operator lifting two employees in a man-basket did not allow the crane to contact a 27.6kV distribution line, which caused severe burn injuries to one employee.
