On or about 11/16/23 a worker was observed dry cutting concrete and Belgium Block with a Stihl TS 420 power saw. The concrete and Belgium Block contained crystalline silica. The concrete mixture contained approximately 47% Silicon Dioxide (crystalline silica). IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
