29 CFR 1910.107(g)(7): "No smoking" signs in large letters on contrasting color background shall be conspicuously posted at all spraying areas and paint storage rooms. On or about November 7, 2023, to March 7, 2024, at an establishment located at 724 South Industrial Drive in Waupaca, Wisconsin, near the spray finishing room; the employer had not conspicuously posted "No smoking" signs in and around the spray finishing room and paint storage areas, exposing employees to fire and burn hazards while they and the employer were smoking in these areas.
