29 CFR 1910.1026(d)(4)(ii): Employee notification of determination results. Whenever the exposure determination indicates that employee exposure is above the PEL, the employer shall describe in the written notification the corrective action being taken to reduce employee exposure to or below the PEL. a) On or about November 10, 2023, the employer did not provide written notification of planned corrective actions for welders working at V363 Hot End and V363 Tailpipe that had exposures over the hexavalent chromium PEL (35 ug/m3 and 6.6 ug/m3 respectively) from air monitoring conducted on October 4, 2023.
