29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. (a) In the far-left end of warehouse, near the maintenance desk and dock doors, on or about November 3, 2023, the employees were exposed to slip hazards, in that, the employer did not ensure that the floor was kept in a dry condition.
