29 CFR 1910.110(b)(5)(ii): Markings specified shall be on a metal nameplate attached to the container and located in such a manner as to remain visible after the container is installed. Exterior of Bldg. 5003 (Laundry Facility), Patio Propane Tank: On and/or before October 23, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the patio propane tank used for their laundry equipment had a legible metal nameplate to properly identify the tanks water capacity of the container in pounds or gallons and pressure in p.s.i.g., for which the container is designed. This condition potentially exposed employees to fire and/or explosion hazard(s).
