29 CFR 1926.416(a)(3): The employer began work without determining if employees could contact any part of an energized circuit and did not post warning signs and advise employees of the location of the circuit, hazards, and protective measures they need to take. On or about October 22, 2023, the employer did not ensure to determine if employees could contact live equipment, post warning signs, advise employees of the location of the circuit, hazards, and protective measures they needed to take before beginning work. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock hazard.
