29 CFR 1910.120(q)(2)(viii): The emergency response plan did not address, to the extent not addressed elsewhere, emergency medical treatment and first aid: a) Module 2, line 12: On or about, 10/03/2023, and at times prior the employer exposed employees to inhalation hazards from Hydrofluoric Acid (HF) vapors, in that the medical personnel on site were not trained on the hazards of lithium battery fires and therefore were not equipped to handle employees exposed to such hazards.
