29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer shall conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed. a) On or about September 1, 2023, the employer did not ensure that a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure for the Newman Trim Saw KM16H, located in saw building #3, had been completed at least annually for machine specific procedures such as but not limited to the Newman Trim Saw, serial 16H1065.
