29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: At the workplace located at 3628 North Jabara Road, Wichita, Kansas 67226, employees engaged in upholstery/fabricating activities in the upholstery area within hangar C5 are exposed to pulmonary hazards and/or cardiac stress hazards when using employer required respirators. The employer requires upholsters to wear 3M Cool Flow N95 filtering facepiece respirators when handling/applying 3M 1300L adhesive without having been provided medical evaluations prior to respirator use.
