29 CFR 1926.1060(a)(1)(iii): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and/or stairways given by a competent person in the proper construction, use, placement, and care in handling the ladders and/or stairways. Jobsite: On or about October 10, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees using a 28-foot aluminum extension ladder to access a roof approximately 14 feet, 2 inches from ground level, were trained to recognize the hazards associated with ladder use and procedures to follow to minimize those hazards.
