29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2):The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye: a) Clearview Ag Inc. (dba: Clearview Seed), 2648 Benchland Road, Denton, MT: On or about September 7, 2023 and at times prior the employer did not report a work related hospitalization within 24 hours of the injury occurring. The event occurred on September 7, 2023 at approximately 3:30 PM and OSHA was not notified until September 25, 2023 at 1:25 PM.
