29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed. On or about September 26, 2023, and at times prior thereto, the employer had not established a system to periodically inspect energy control procedures at the facility on at least an annual basis, exposing employees to various hazards, such as caught-in and struck-by.
