29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined at least daily before being placed in service: (a)DHD Construction, Inc. dba Wall Building Center at 109 South Boulevard, Wall, SD 57790: On or about and at times prior to September 15, 2023, the employer did not ensure that industrial trucks were being examined at least daily prior to use. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards associated with inoperable powered industrial trucks.
