29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I):Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage: (a) On September 7th, 2023 and times prior to, the controlling employer did not ensure that its sub-contractor employees were protected from electrical shock, as an extension cord was run through a hole cut in an aluminum wall. The hole was not protected and had multiple sharp portions that could damage the cords insulation. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
