29 CFR 1910.23(b)(10): The employer did not ensure any ladder with structural or other defects was immediately tagged "Dangerous: Do Not Use" or with similar language in accordance with 1910.145 and removed from service until repaired in accordance with 1910.22(d), or replaced. (a) In the maintenance shop at 122 Mill Road, McDonough, Georgia: On or about September 5, 2023, and at times prior, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of more than 13-ft. in that the employer did not place "Dangerous: Do Not Use" tags on or remove from service, the two 12-step rolling metal ladders, that were missing their brake and locking mechanisms.
