29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3):Scaffolds and scaffold components were not inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity: On or about August 23, 2023, an employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 13 feet while performing masonry activities on a residential home located at 2761 Torry Pine Drive, Medina, Ohio 44256. The employee was working on the upper level of the scaffold and the employer did not ensure it was inspected by a competent person before work started.
