Exit access was not at least 28 inches wide at all points. The Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1500289, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on June 23, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 514 North Antrim Way, Greencastle, PA.
