29 CFR 1910.29(a)(2): The employer did not provide and install all fall protection systems and falling object protection this subpart requires, and comply with the other requirements in this subpart before any employee begins work that necessitates fall or falling object protection. a) On or about July 27, 2023, and times prior to, located at the R and S Loading Rack, where employees were exposed to a fall hazard greater than 10 feet when working from a Boom Trac platform with open hatches without installing a fall protection system.
