29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (a) JGM, Inc. dba JGM Fabricators & Constructors LLC located at 1201 Valley Road Coatesville, PA: On or about July 26, 2023, and thereafter, the employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program for employees required to wear respirators such as, but not limited to half face Miller LPR-100 with P100 Filters, while performing abrasive blasting operations.
