29 CFR 1910.157(g)(1):An educational program was not provided for all employees to familiarize them with the general principles of fire extinguisher use and the hazards involved with incipient stage fire fighting: a) On or about July 25, 2023, where technicians maintaining "Asic miners" in the mine are exposed to fire hazards due to arc flashes within the electrical systems of the PDU's (power distribution units) and PSU's (power supply units) and are expected to utilizer fire extinguishers in the event of a fire; the employer did not ensure an educational program was provided for all employees to familiarize them with portable fire extinguishers.
