29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment: a) On or about July 13, 2023, and times prior, LND Technical Services, LLC, did not perform a hazard assessment of work activities at Substation 2 to determine what hazards were present or could be present during the course of work, which would necessitate the use of personal protective equipment.
