29 CFR 1910.252(a)(2)(i): Precautions were not taken so that no readily combustible materials on the floor below would be exposed to sparks which might drop through cracks or holes in walls, open doorways and open or broken windows: a) Amick Farms Grain Facility, Bin 12, 10392 Allans Mill Road in Delmar, DE 19940: On or about July 19, 2023, subcontractor's employees used metal cutting tools creating sparks and hot metal without taking the necessary precautions to prevent it from contacting the combustible material
