29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(i): When no mechanical equipment was being used the warning line was not erected at least 6 feet (1.8m) from the roof edge: On or about June 29, 2023 at 120 West Washington Street, Belleville, Illinois: The employer did not ensure the warning line system, for employee fall protection, was erected around all sides of the roof work area not less than 6 feet from the roof edge. Warning lines were less than 6 feet from the north, south, and east edges.
