29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i):The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) Diamond Wipes International Inc, on or about June 1, 2023, at the address of 1375 Isaac-Beal Rd. Bucyrus, OH; The employer did not evaluate, at least annually, energy control procedures for the Fanuc R 2000 IC 270 F to ensure employees performing service and maintenance tasks adequately utilized appropriate application and usage of the procedures. Employees performing service work in an energized condition were exposed to struck-by hazards.
