29 CFR 1926.405(g)(1)(iii)(C): Flexible cords and cables were run through doorways, windows, or similar openings: (a) On or about May 24, 2023, the employer used a flexible cord to power a mobile toilet trailer. The cord was laid across the walkway between a kitchen area and the renovation site. The condition exposed employees to shock and tripping hazards.
