29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use personal protective equipment: Mt. Vista Officer's Club Cleaning Project: On May 17, 2023, four employees who dry swept and vacuumed portions of an old abandoned building where rodent droppings and lead paint chips where present were not provided with training on the adequate PPE required to protect against biological agents and diseases such as Hanta virus.
