29 CFR 1926.1412(d)(1)(iii): Air, hydraulic, and other pressurized lines for deterioration or leakage, particularly those which flex in normal operation. a) 1018 W Peachtree St NW Atlanta, GA 30309; On or about May 22, 2023 and at times prior, employer exposed employees to crush-by and struck-by hazards, in that crane (model number MR415B, serial number 602211 - Unit TWO#106) daily inspection records do not include inspection for air, hydraulic, and other pressurized lines for deterioration or leakage, particularly those which flex in normal operation as per 1926.1412(d)(1)(iii).
