29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards that enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. a) 1386 Penny Lake Dr. Lot 4, Semmes AL. On or about May 19, 2023, and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees installing rafters was trained on how to use fall protection and the hazards associated with falls over 6 feet.
