29 CFR 1926.416 (a)(3): The employer began work without determining if employees could contact any part of an energized circuit and did not post warning signs and advise employees of the location of the circuit, hazards, and protective measures they need to take. On or about May 15, 2023, and at times prior to, employees were not trained on protective measures to be used when working with energized electrical circuits for the following taxiway lights: a. Taxiway A (alpha), and b. Taxiway L (lima).
