29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: (Construction Reference: 1926.103) At the jobsite located at 3939 S. Seneca St. Wichita, KS, employee(s) engaged in concrete construction activities, dry cutting on concrete, were exposed to health hazards in that the employer had not provided a fit test for employees required to utilize 3M 3M 8511 N95 particulate respirators prior to use.
