29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): All pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings shall be provided with covers identified for the purpose. The employer fails to ensure that all outlet boxes are covered. a) This most recently occurred on or about May 14, 2023, in the break room of Dollar General Store No. 9959, located at 404 East Pioneer Street, Crandon, Wisconsin; the employer failed to ensure employees were not exposed to electrical hazards where an outlet box did not have a cover or faceplate. Dolgencorp, LLC DBA Dollar General was previously cited under the name Dolgencorp, LLC DBA Dollar General Store 4495 for a REPEAT - OTHER-THAN-SERIOUS violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1455672, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as final order on May 13, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 40976 AL 77 South, Ashland, AL 36251.
