29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1):The employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces were inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition: a) Production Floor: On or about 05/15/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to trip hazards, in that the employer failed to ensure that walking/working surfaces were inspected and kept in a safe condition prior to employees working on the floor with floor opening of approximately 6 inch in depth.
