29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(ii):The employer did not certify that periodic inspections of the energy control procedures had been performed: a. For the Viking Production area, located at 3761 Northeast 36th Avenue, Ocala, FL: On or about May 15, 2023, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that the employer did not certify that periodic inspection of the energy control procedures for the Viking pallet assembly machine, model M-304A, Serial # 558C was performed. Phoenix Wood Products, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1461586, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/10/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 3761 NE 36th Ave, Ocala, FL 34479.
