29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet. a) Lot 1555 of the Plantation Lakes Development in, Millsboro, DE 19966: On or about May 12, 2023, the employer did not develop nor maintain a chemical inventory list identifying the hazardous chemicals being used by their employees. BCG Contractor Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(e)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1586753, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on October 9, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 275 Anglesey Drive, Middletown, DE 19709.
