29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards that enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and that trained each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: Instances including, but not limited to, the following: a) Job site, 33 Leetsdale Industrial Drive, Leetsdale, PA: On or about May 12, 2023, during roof pressure washing activities, the employer did not ensure that employees were provided with appropriate fall protection training where fall hazards of up to approximately 40 feet existed.
