Climbing and working are prohibited above the level of the lowest electric power conductor on the pole (exclusive of vertical runs and street light wiring): An employee was engaged in telecommunications activities at an existing residential building located at 1002 Avenue B, Bayard, NE 69334, and was exposed to electrocution hazards while working above the lowest horizontal live conductor during a telecommunications line installation exposing the employee to approximately 2.4Kv.
