29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control: a) Production Line 7 - On or about April 13, 2023, employees were expose to struck-by and electrical shock hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that employees were provided with training on proper energy control methods and means necessary for energy isolation while an employee was making adjustments to the products bags.
