29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet): (a) This violation occurred on or about April 11, 2023, where employees working where at least two (2) doors in the maintenance department had exit signs that did not lead to the outside where it is free of hazards.
