29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. a) At 745 Arbor Estates Way, Plant City, FL: On or about April 11, 2023 the employer exposed employees to fall hazards, in that, employees were performing roofing work during which time the employer failed to initiate and maintain safety and health program, which include frequent and regular inspections to comply with fall protection and ladder safety.
