29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports: On or about April 10, 2023, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure a stucco employee worked from a fully planked scaffold. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of sixteen feet or greater.
