29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(iii)(A):Retraining was not provided for all authorized and affected employees whenever there is a change in their job assignments, a change in machines, equipment or processes that present a new hazard, or when there is a change in the energy control procedures. On or about March 31, 2023, the employer did not provide training to employee when re-assigned to a different workstation. This condition exposed employee to caught between hazards.
