29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: a) Embassy Healthcare, Inc. dba Embassy of Park Avenue - On or about 3/29/23, and at times prior thereto: the employer did not provide a fit test to all employees required to wear respirators. Employees were required to wear KN95 and N95 respirators throughout their shifts, for protection against the SARS-CoV-2 virus. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENATION REQUIRED
