29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) 8321 South Upham Way, Littleton, CO 80128: On or about March 28, 2023, subcontractor employees were exposed to fall hazards of 20 feet 6 inches to the ground below, while performing roofing operations on an apartment complex without fall protection. b) 8327 South Upham Way, Littleton, CO 80128: On or about March 28, 2023, subcontractor employees were exposed to fall hazards of 10 feet 2 inches to the ground below, while performing roofing operations on an apartment complex without fall protection.
