29 CFR 1910.269(d)(3)(ii)(F): Tagout devices did not warn against hazardous conditions of energized machines or equipment: On or about March 22, 2023, at a remote location behind a personal residence, employees used hold cards that had the incorrect information about the condition of the transformer and lines, exposing employees and employees of a contractor to the hazard of coming in contact with energized parts.
