29 CFR 1926.651(b)(4): While the excavation was opened, underground installations were not protected, supported or removed as necessary to safeguard employees: a) On the roadway in front of18193 Huff Road, Milton, DE 19968: On or about March 20, 2023, employees were required to work in the excavation with unprotected and ungrounded buried electrical lines that were exposed once the area was excavated. The power lines were energized and ran from one side of the excavation to the other side of the excavation exposing employees to shock/electrocution hazards.
